Tyra Banks is the new one in charge over at Dancing With the Stars. Although she is facing loads of criticism about her hosting skills, she allegedly has more criticism for the Housewives.
After Tyra had a hard time finding celebrities to sign up for the show, the series revealed a rather interesting mix of people who would be hitting the floor.
In a new report, the supermodel doesn’t know who they’ll be reaching out to for the next season but she knows who she doesn’t want on — the Housewives of Bravo.
Although names like Teresa Giudice and Nene Leakes have competed for the mirror ball — Tyra reportedly doesn’t think they’re famous enough for the show. Odd, considering, Carol Baskins was cast for the currently airing season.
‘Tyra is the new boss and made it clear that she didn’t want any more ‘Housewives’ in her ballroom. She thinks the show needs to aim higher and only book the ladies after everyone else has passed. Tyra wants reality stars like Carole Baskin from ‘Tiger King’ — not a decade-old franchise that no one talks about anymore.’
Tyra may want to reconsider because Bravolebrities have recently been earning the attention of celebrities like Rihanna. If Rihanna watches the Real Housewives of Potomac — she would no doubt like to see Karen Huger break out on the dance floor.

Additionally, the network has a huge fan base that would carry over to ABC if the right Housewives were cast.
Ashley Darby of RHOP caught wind of the news and responded in the funniest way.
She posted a well-synced fan-made video to her profile of her dance scenes alongside a caption that read: ‘Hearing that RHs are allegedly ‘banned’ from performing on #DWTS was a bummer, but I still have my eyes on the prize! I’ll be on that dance floor one day!’
