Another update for the racing simulator Gran Turismo 7, which premiered on the PlayStation 5 and PlayStation 4 systems earlier this year, will be released the following week. The pertinent details were confirmed by producer Kazunori Yamauchi.
Gran Turismo 7’s update is now known to contain three new vehicles. The Maserati A6GCS Spider, Porsche 918 Spyder, and 1982/3 Nissan Skyline Super Silhouette were recognized by their silhouettes via the GTPlanet webpage.

Players can try to predict which vehicles will be included by looking at the outlines of three distinct vehicles in Yamauchi’s teaser video below. The update’s release date wasn’t specified, but previous ones for the game appear to have come out on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, so maybe we’ll see this one then. Again, Polyphony Digital has not confirmed which automobiles will be included, but players have made some educated predictions about what these cars might be.
The Porsche 918 Spyder, the Maserati A6GCS Spider, and the 1982/3 Nissan Skyline Super Silhouette are the possible candidates, according to GTPlanet. If that’s the case, we’ll have to wait until next week when the update notes are released.

The source also noted that this tease establishes a comforting precedent for the next Gran Turismo 7 releases. The fact that this update is following the same path as the other ones, which all began with teases like this one and included three new cars, is encouraging since it signals that future releases will do the same.
Gran Turismo 7’s most recent update went up in June. The studio then fixed the issue with cloud saves in addition to adding additional automobiles.
Recall that this year’s Gran Turismo 7 debut occurred on March 4. As a result, there are PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5 versions of the project available. Related Gran Turismo news includes Sony’s recent confirmation of the plans for a Gran Turismo movie, which those who follow the brand will recall.
