In the photo that Kylie Jenner first shared, you could only see the top portion of the outfit as she held the camera at arm’s distance and took a selfie. Kylie wore her hair long and blonde and put on a busty display in the cut-out top.
She wore her customized name necklace that reads “Stormi” and her makeup was on point.
