During the chat with the publication, Jorge gushed over his second attempt at happily ever after following his failed relationship with 90 Day star Anfisa Nava.
Jorge dished that he and his current girlfriend first connected over Instagram after he had completed his prison sentence.
‘It was actually a friendly relationship before it became the relationship that it is today. When I went out to California to visit my family, we went on our first date and then a week after that, she came and stayed with me and we’ve kind of been together ever since,’ he told the news outlet.
Furthermore, Jorge lost no less than 125 pounds during the 2 and a half years he spent behind bars and he mentioned that he and his partner continue to live healthy lives: ‘We go to different hikes and we kind of try to stay active as much as we can and see as much as we can while I’m here.’
Back in August, he told the same news outlet about moving on from Anfisa as well, saying that ‘To be honest with you, I just want it to be a clean split [from Anfisa] and just move on with life. I don’t ask her for anything and now I’m just trying to make it as clean as possible.’
