The biggest night in music is almost here! The Recording Academy unveiled the nominations for the 2021 Grammy Awards on Tuesday, November 24.
Dua Lipa, Sharon Osbourne, Imogen Heap, Mickey Guyton and Lauren Daigle were among the celebrities who announced the nominees via livestream from remote locations around the world alongside the academy’s chair and interim president/CEO, Harvey Mason Jr.
Earlier on Tuesday, Trevor Noah announced that he has been tapped to host the 63rd annual ceremony at the Staples Center in Los Angeles in January 2021.
“Despite the fact that I am extremely disappointed that the Grammys have refused to have me sing or be nominated for best pop album, I am thrilled to be hosting this auspicious event,” the Daily Show host, 36, said in a statement. “I think as a one-time Grammy nominee, I am the best person to provide a shoulder to all the amazing artists who do not win on the night because I too know the pain of not winning the award! (This is a metaphorical shoulder, I’m not trying to catch corona). See you at the 63rd Grammys!”
Scroll down to see the full list of nominations as they come in, and tune in to the 2021 Grammy Awards on CBS Sunday, January 31, at 8 p.m. ET.
