Retribution From ‘The Walking Dead: Saints And Sinners’ A Screenshot Of How Ghastly It Is

The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners – Chapter 2: Retribution will be available for Oculus Quest 2. The two previous Skydance Interactive trailers showcased Chapter 2’s stunning new visuals, which are the result of hardware advancements, but the final screenshot gives us a glimpse of an entirely new mechanic.

The screenshot, which was posted by Twitch streamer and VR enthusiast Gamertag VR, depicts the main character using a chainsaw to slice through the undead.

Note the nearly severed left arm and the skeletal bones of several other zombies behind the one being chopped in half. Given that many zombies have many other damages, it appears that this is the final zombie.

What follows as a result? A new method of dismemberment that uses a chainsaw as its primary tool. Or you might say that “Art comes in many forms” and that your chainsaw is your brush, to quote Gamertag VR.

The Walking Dead: Saints & Sinners – Chapter 2: Retribution, which features a constrained 1920×1080 resolution, will debut on Oculus Quest 2 as the first platform.

The game will, however, also be available for PSVR 2, which will render at 4K quality in every lens, according to a recent announcement from Sony. With additional pixels, this screenshot should become even more unsettling.

Chapter 2: Retribution, which was released in April as a follow-up to The Walking Dead: Saints And Sinners on Oculus Rift and PSVR, is a stand-alone narrative that takes place after the previous game.

Returning to New Orleans’ French Quarter, the traveler will once again have to battle his way through swarms of zombies in search of supplies, tools, and food.

The Tower will return as one of the groups the player can engage with, but we are still awaiting word on whether The Exiles or The Reclaimers have survived. This information was revealed in the June State of Play trailer.
