The actor took to social media to pay tribute to his wife, Deborra-Lee Furness on her birthday and his sweet words made fans melt! Here’s what Hugh Jackman wanted to tell his life partner on her special day.
There is no doubt that Hugh’s love for his wife cannot really be put into words but he still tried his best!
The Oscar nominee publicly celebrated Deborra-Lee’s birthday yesterday by posting a picture of her blowing out the candles that were carefully placed on a celebratory birthday dessert that looked delicious!
Alongside it, in the caption, he wrote the message that grabbed everyone’s attention because of how sweet it was.
It reads: ‘Happy birthday to my incredible wife. Your courage, wit, open heartedness, loyalty, creativity, your joie de vivre, cheekiness and spontaneity inspire me every single day. I love you much more than a caption can convey.’
Fans are well aware that the married couple met back in 1995 on the set of Correlli, the popular Australian TV series they worked together on.

Earlier this year, the two actually celebrated their 24th anniversary and Jackman made sure to mark the occasion with another equally sweet post.
He, once again, shared a picture of his wife, this time a throwback one and wrote in the caption: ‘These 24 years have been the best of my life! And, as far as I see, we keep getting better. I love you Debs with every fibre of my soul. Happy anniversary. #24.’
The happy longtime couple shares two kids together – 20 year old Oscar and 15 year old Ava.
Furness previously opened up about meeting Jackman back in September, gushing over her ‘partner in crime’ while on Anh’s Brush with Fame.
‘When you find a partner in crime you share and grow together—and life is tough as we know it, it is not all good—and when you have someone there that’s so supportive…you can stand buck naked. You have to. When you have kids and life and whatever, you stand there buck naked, authentic, warts and all, this is who it is, and you are loved, there’s nothing better.’
