Tia And Tamera Mowry Have Not Seen Each Other In Six Months — Twins Bracing For Tearful Reunion

They may have twin telepathy but that only makes these strange times harder for them. Tia and Tamera Mowry have not seen each other in six months.

It’s more than just the virus/quarantine that’s preventing the sisters from being able to see one another. They are both working on different projects which have very strict guidelines.

Tamera spoke with Entertainment Tonight where she explained the situation.

‘I still haven’t seen her, physically. I live in Napa and then there was a surge in L.A., and right when we were actually going to head up there, there was a surge in L.A. and it wasn’t wise for all of us to go there… we were going to meet up, [Tia’s] working on Family Reunion and the time, it didn’t work. But I know for a fact when we see each other we’re just, we’re gonna cry.’

In the meantime, the close-knit family finds other ways to feel close to each other.

‘Every two weeks, we Zoom each other and we have happy hour. We have a glass of wine, we talk about what’s been happening. I mean, we text almost every other day. But there’s something about visually seeing your loved one, but there’s something even better, obviously, just the human connection and touch – and hug and I just I can’t wait to do that.’

This is the longest time the actresses have gone without seeing each other since they were born.

The former The Real host continued: ‘We’ve been mapping it out. We’ve been like, ‘You know, it’s been like, six months!’ And it sucks, because with COVID, and when you’re working on a set, they are so particular. It’s more like a skeleton crew now, so it’s insane.’

Hopefully, when the time is right — the siblings will have the reunion of a lifetime filled with happy tears.
