Teddi Mellencamp’s Father Says He Never Liked Her On RHOBH — She Admits She Feels Paralyzed

Teddi Mellencamp, Kyle Richards, and Lisa Rinna thought that they pulled a checkmate on Denise Richards when they teamed up and she ended up quitting the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. Just weeks after Denise announced her departure, rumors flew that Teddi was about to be let go for being boring and stale.

It turns out that the rumors rang true and Mellencamp took to social media and announced her departure. Unlike any other Housewife that’s left the network — Teddi had no problem admitting that the decision was not a mutual one at all.

It’s not hard to see why Teddi would miss the series which comes along with a huge platform, multiple excursions, and lavish trips.

Her dear father admitted that he supported her being on the show because that’s what she wanted to do; however, he never liked the idea of her being a star on the Bravo series.

‘I am terribly excited and happy that you are no longer part of the Real Housewives. I never liked that you were on the Real Housewives. I tried to be supportive so I watched but I can assure you, I don’t watch anymore. I was glad you were enjoying it while you were doing it but I’m glad you’re not on it.’

However, John does feel that there is strength in the other women that choose to share their lives and have it picked apart by viewers.
