TSR noted that for the singer, ‘2020 took a drastic turn for her when she found herself a victim to a crime, she says #ToryLanez committed against her. Despite the incident, however, Meg has continued to push through for her Hotties, and is getting ready to release her very first studio album.’

TSR also made sure to note the fact that for a lot of reasons including the ones mentioned above, along with her lyricism and advocacy for women to take control of their sexuality, Meg has been named GQ Magazine’s rapper of the year.

In the magazine, she speaks about all kinds of subjects, including the shooting, her SNL appearance, and the inspiration behind all of her music.

She also spoke about her willingness to talk about sex.
