The young actress reminisced about her very ‘unique‘ experience while shooting Twilight when she was no older than 10! That being said, Mackenzie Foy, who played Renesmee in the last instalment of the Twilight movies, mentioned that she feels ‘lucky’ she was part of it.
It’s been a decade already since Mackenzie Foy appeared in the movie and now, she is getting ready to release her very own film titled Black Beauty.
During an interview for HollywoodLife, she opened up about her role in Twilight, mentioning that it was a really special part of her life.
‘I mean I was nine when all of that started so looking back at it, it is really just…I see that I was really, really lucky to be a part of something like that and how unique of an experience that was,’ she dished.
As mentioned before, Mackenzie Foy portrayed the daughter of Bella Swan (played by Kristen Stewart) and Edward Cullen (played by Robert Pattinson) in Twilight: Breaking Down part 1 and 2!
At the time in her life, it was her biggest role and she can still remember how ‘cool’ she found the whole experience to be.

Throughout the years since, the 20 year old has appeared in many other critically acclaimed projects and even now, she has a lot of offers.
However, despite all of these deals coming her way, Mackenzie mentioned that she would not be against reprising her role in the Twilight saga.
‘It is one of those things where you learn so much on your journey,’ she mentioned.
For the time being, however, she is focusing on everything else she is currently involved in.
‘I have been really lucky and I have met a lot of amazing people through these years who have supported me. I hope that I can create stories and films that really resonate with everyone and means something to everyone,’ Foy also told the same news outlet.
