Lil Uzi Vert Says He’ll Return To His Former Sound On Next Project

Fans of Lil’ Uzi Vert have long held that the rapper was at his artistic potential back in 2016 and in 2017. However, that time has passed, and the performing artist has had issues with his record label, Don Cannon, and DJ Drama. Additionally, Hot New Hip Hop claims Generation Now has been giving him troubles.

Back in March, the rapper dropped Eternal Atake, and it was one of the biggest records he had released in years. However, even though it performed exceptionally well, many of the rapper’s fans want him to go back to the old Uzi Vert.

According to Hot New Hip Hop, in 2016, Lil Uzi Vert dropped a number of projects, including Lil Uzi Vert vs The World, The Perfect Luv Tape, and he released songs like “XO Tour Llif3” and other big hit tracks. Even though he has continued to release successful projects, the rapper has been under pressure to go back to his old ways.

One fan asked him if he ever going to return to his former mode, and Uzi said in response, “okay gosh, I will start tonight.” On the other hand, some fans of his noted that it appeared as though he was just being sarcastic, and is in no hurry to appeal to some of his older fans.
