Khloe Kardashian really enjoys working out and this has not changed at all during the quarantine. What has, however, is the fact that her daughter, True, has been more present than ever in the gym during her workout sessions.
But, of course, the reason why fans always see the 2 year old in her mom’s gym pics nowadays is not that she’s already exercising intensely like Khloe!
Instead, Khloe explained that, ever since the pandemic started, she hasn’t had a nanny take care of True, which means that she needs to be around True and pay close attention to her at all times, including while working out!
That’s right! The reality TV star shared with her followers that she’s had no help with her daughter during the lockdown.
While chatting with Refinery29, Khloe explained that ‘I think because of my fitness journey and having such a regimented schedule it kind of kept me sane during these crazy times. I had to adapt by doing mom-daughter workouts. She is obviously not working out, but it is things like me putting her in a wagon and then sprinting up a hill. I just belted a wagon to my waist because I do not have any help. We are all really just trying to figure it out.’
Sure enough, fans remember that back in May, Khloe shared some clips of her running around with True in a mobile cart strapped to her waist.

What a fun way to work out and also bond with her child at the same time!
Of course, it was still very challenging for Khloe, the star admitting at the time that, the family trainer, Don-A-Matrix, was ‘really pushing’ her.
‘I want to show my daughter, by example, that there’s healthy ways to be active every single day. You do not have to be so rigid at the gym. I like to work out early, it sets the tone for the rest of the day, it makes me want to eat better and to be active and healthy. By her seeing me like this, I really hope she is active and takes care of herself,’ Khloe also revealed about how she’s hoping to also educate her daughter on being healthy.
