As one of the most beloved stars in the entertainment industry, his endorsement is a boon for the Democratic presidential ticket that is trying to reach younger voters.
What many did not expect is that The Rock would grow in popularity after speaking his truth for the first time on the political scene.

The entertainer now has 200 million followers on Instagram; he gained 200,000 of them after backing the Democrats.
In a new video, the Jumanji star stated: “The life lesson I wanna share with you guys is to always speak your truth. Always speak your truth and do your best to speak your truth with compassion, with a little bit of poise, with a little bit of dignity, with respect and with empathy, even when speaking your truth means you’re gonna dive into some conversations that might make people a little uncomfortable. Those kinds of conversations are important to have, he said, because what’s on the other side of them is clarity and progress. “And I want to tell you guys: thank you, thank you, thank you for, I mean, deep here in my bones, thank you guys for giving me the space to speak my truth.”
