Bill Gates, the American mogul and co-founder of Microsoft, announced on social media that he would end his marriage to Melinda Gates after 27 years together.
In a statement he uploaded to his official Twitter account, Computer Intelligence assured that the two would continue to work together at the FoundationFoundation. However, they will no longer maintain an emotional bond as a couple.
After much thought and hard work on our relationship, we have decided to end our marriage. Over the past 27 years, we have raised three wonderful children and created a foundation that works around the world to enable all people to live healthy and productive lives; the announcement began.
Also, in a note signed by both Bill and Melinda, they ask for privacy for themselves and their families as they get used to their new lifestyle.
We believe in this mission, and we will continue to work with the FoundationFoundation. Still, we no longer believe that we can move forward together as a couple in the next phase of our lives. According to the statement, we request space and personal information for our family.
